	sarah giles Hello there! I'm Sarah Elizabeth Giles. I'm a junior at Sac City College and I'm loving it. I'm deciding between majoring in Art History and Sociology (maybe both?). I'm about to start my 10th year with UCC youth group. I started going to Next Gen when I was in 5th grade! I love rainbow and unicorns. I also love my poodle Sadie Mae. I travel whenever I can and love to bake, especially for Edge parties! I also love to hang out with my Edge girls so find me on facebook and send me a message so I can take you out to yogurt! Also, one time I fed a giraffe.

	susie booth Hey there! I’m Susie Booth, formerly known as Susie Loscutoff around UCC. I’m a first-year law student, and a second year Edge leader, although my history with the Edge goes way back – to when I was in it in the late ‘90s. Nothing makes me more stoked then getting to hang out with rad Edge students and having huge dance parties at Edge. When not at school or Edge, I can usually be found hanging out with my awesome husband, Josh, going on wild mini-adventures with my friends, or watching any form of sporting event.

	joseph mauch Hey guys! My name is Joseph and I am a senior at UC Davis majoring in Psychology. This is my first year working with Edge and I think it was a pretty fantastic decision on my part! I love playing guitar and piano, spending time with my awesome friends and family, running, reading, traveling, and doing anything outdoors. I’m also a big fan of hanging out with Jr. Highers and hope I get to do more of that this year. I have a habit of overusing the word “legit”, don’t try and stop me… it will probably just make it worse.

	joe lee I used to own a pair of PF Flyers because I thought they'd make me run faster and jump higher than any kid on the block...and they did. One time, while playing tee-ball for the Orioles, I recorded an unassisted triple play. Yes, I was that good. My Uncle retired and now spends his time traveling the country going to ukulele conventions. I graduated college in June 2007 and think that "The Office" and "Office Space" are more accurate than you'll ever know. Well I think that's it. 	alex wright Alex likes to climb big, scary mountains, read non-fiction, run marathons, cook gourmet meals, tinker with computers, and snowboard. He also likes to play with power tools and be generally destructive around the house. Still, his favorite hobby is definitely spending time with his beautiful wife Erica. Alex graduated from UC Davis in 1994 with a degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology and from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2006. He is currently serving as Youth Pastor at University Covenant Church, where he has been enjoying following Jesus with students since 1991.

	marissa lupo Marissa is the recipient of the 2007 Coolest Person in the World Award. Even though she did not win again in 2008, she was proud to be runner-up. Ms. Lupo is a sophomore at UC Davis and majoring in everything. Marissa can kill two birds with one stone and has done so three times. Marissa's biggest challenge in her life is that she's so talented and so passionate that she doesn't know what she wants to do with her life. In a recent interview, she said she didn't want to change the world, just a few continents. In her free time, Marissa frequents frozen yogurt and the ski slopes.

	kyle thomsen Hola Everybody - me llamo Kyle Thomsen. I love sports, tight-rope walking, my MacBook, and my wife - Kelly (She's a total babe!). I lived in Mexico for a while and am always looking for opportunities to speak Spanish. Sometimes, I even give part of our Sunday Morning Edge Bible studies in Spansh. If you don't believe me, come check it out. Its true! If I wasn't an Edge leader, I'd probably be a Jamaican reggae international super-star. But I'd much rather hang out with my Edge peeps. 	bryan pellissier Hi! I'm Bryan! I am a senior at UC Davis. My major is Agricultural and Environmental Education with a minor in Physics. I love working outside, cooking lots of food, and meeting new people! I've been skydiving before and can play the bass. And if I had money, I would travel more. Junior high was really awesome for me, so I want to make it just as awesome for Edge kids!

	emma shandy Hi!!! My name is Emma Jane Shandy, almost everyone calls me Emma, although I am Emma Jane to my British relatives...Who live in Scotland!!! My mom grew up in Edinburgh so I have had the awesome opportunity of spending almost every summer overseas, this has planted a love of travel and different cultures in me and one day I hope to motorcycle across India. I am currently a freshman at UC Davis majoring in human development and biological sciences. I love baking food, especially pies or anything with pumpkin, and feeding people; I think shared meals are one of the greatest ways to build community. I am so excited for this year at EDGE and am stoked to get to spend time with awesome junior highers!

	stephanie alpert Hello everyone!! My name is Stephanie, but you can call me Steph if you prefer. I'm a senior at UCD studying Psychology. This is my first year working with Edge and I think it is the greatest thing in the world! In my spare time I like to hang out with family and friends, go to coffee shops, watch movies, listen to great music (like John Mayer!) and hula hoop. Some things I love but wish I was better at are photography, playing guitar and throwing a football in a straight line. I love sports, especially the San Francisco Giants and the San Diego Chargers! I love hanging out with junior highers because they are SO COOL! I would LOVE to hang out with YOU, so let's plan something fun!
