It's normal for most of us to go through some very trying situations at some time in our lives.  And if we're not facing a particular challenge, it's quite possible that someone we know is.  Whether you or a friend is dealing with something difficult, we encourage you to seek to connect with someone who can walk through it with you.  We encourage you first to talk to a parent.  If this is not an option, seek out one of your youth leaders or another trusted adult.  Our goal is to love and serve you as best as we are able, to keep what your share with us confidential (within the limits of the law), and to point you to someone who can help if it's beyond the scope of our ability.
