UCNS Registration

Registration for the 2013-2014 School Year

Registration for our 2013-2014 preschool year has taken place.  However, we are still accepting registration forms.  We currently have spots available in our PM Pre-K class and very short waiting lists for all other classes for our upcoming school year.  Continuing and new families must complete and return a registration form and submit a $50 registration fee.  

Registration forms are available by clicking on the links below or you may pick-up them up at the University Covenant Church office Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.  Completed applications may be dropped off at, or mailed to, the UCC church office (315 Mace Blvd., Davis, CA 95618 attn. UCNS Registrar).
